TENANT FROM ABOVE UNIT HAD TOILET MALFUNCTION IN MT HOREB, WI

This bathroom in Mt Horeb, WI experienced water damage from a broken water pipe from the floor above this one. The ceiling insulation and drywall were unsalvageable and were removed to access the water damaged area to thoroughly dry the space with air movers and dehumidifiers. 

This unit was one of a few that were affected in this apartment complex and affected materials were unsalvageable and needed to be removed to properly dry without the potential for mold growth. 

We at SERVPRO of Dane County West were thankfully able to restore the property and make this a home again. As General Contractors, or the main contractor, we are responsible for the day-to-day oversight of a construction site. We work with all the necessary vendors and trades and communicate information to all involved parties to complete a remodel. SERVPRO of Dane County West oversees the rebuild process and makes it "Like it never even happened."
