Fire in Verona

This fire in Verona, WI,  was caused by a blower motor catching on fire in their furnace. Soot and smoke were sent throughout the entire home from the HVAC system. This job entailed packing up all household items to be cleaned off-site, cleaning the entire house to remove smoke and soot damage, replacing flooring and repainting to make sure that the odors were completely illuminated.

The pack-out process involves packing up and inventorying all content and cleaning it off-site at our shop free from soot and smoke contaminants.  We also have various vendors come in to clean the electronics and soft goods to repair and mitigate any damage and smoke odors. Once all content was out of the house, specialized air filtration and ozone devices where put throughout the house to remove soot and smoke odors.  We then replaced affected flooring, painted the walls and ceilings and put back the cleaned content where it was removed from as the final step in the fire-damage restoration process.
